We understand that sometimes you need catering at short notice. We do however need a minimum of 48 hours (TWO days) notice to whip up your order. For example, if catering is for Friday, it needs to be ordered on Wednesday. This allows us all day Thursday to prepare your goodies.
We can deliver your goodies Mon-Fri between 8am-3:30pm.
Delivery is free as a bird if our minimum order of $50 is met. A delivery fee of $15 applies to orders under $50.
CHANGES TO ORDER
Forgot something? No worries- you can make changes to your order up to 48 hours before delivery.
We know that sometimes things change. Cancellations with 48 hours notice before delivery is scheduled will receive a full refund. Unfortunately we can’t refund orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.
With sufficient notice, we do our utmost best to ensure that all dietary requirements are considered, however, nuts are used in our kitchen. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate severe allergies.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available.

Every purchase you make with Hamlet creates life changing opportunities and powerful change in your community. Hamlet is a registered charity and all profit is used to provide training programs to equip underrepresented Tasmanians with the skills they need to enter the workforce.
To reduce our footprint, all orders between Taroona and Glenorchy are delivered via bicycle courier. In keeping with our quest to create positive change, all of your goodies will come packaged in cardboard boxes, not plastic. We’d love it if you repurposed your clean boxes, and if this isn’t possible, pop them in your recycling bin!
