NOTICE
We do need a minimum of 48 hours / two business days’ notice to prepare your order. For example, if catering is for Friday, your order would need to be placed before 2pm on Wednesday.
MINIMUM ORDER
$50
DELIVERY
We can deliver to you from Monday to Friday between 8am-3:30pm. Please note – your order will arrive within a 30-minute window of the requested delivery time.
DELIVERY FEE
Delivery is free of charge (for orders over $50) when delivered within 10km of Hamlet Café. For orders outside of Hobart City a flat rate of $25 applies. Free pick-up is also available.
CHANGES TO ORDER
You can make changes to your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery – please email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation requests received 48 hours’ prior to the scheduled delivery, a full refund will be issued. Refunds cannot be issued for orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
ALLERGEN STATEMENT
With sufficient notice, we can cater for most dietary requirements. However, we are unable to accommodate severe allergies. Please note, nuts are used in our kitchen.
DIETARY OPTIONS
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available – please see the menu item description to find a suitable option.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Where possible, orders between Taroona and Glenorchy are delivered via bicycle courier to help reduce our footprint. To align with our purpose of creating a positive impact within our community, our catering deliveries arrive in cardboard boxes which can be repurposed or recycled, and our food items are wrapped in biodegradable packaging (where necessary).
We minimise the use of plastics in the kitchen, and we advocate for composting and recycling our waste.
